We hope that the website, although much longer and more detailed
than most, will give you all the information you may want to ask and then some. We put you in the drivers
seat so that the only thing that collides is great music and having more fun than the law allows.
The Godfather,
Charlie Cotrone, and The Hit Men are very popular and well known in the music business. They are a very diverse
group of talented and professional musicians that have worked together for many years. All have amazing backgrounds in
their careers playing for and with a long list of many famous groups locally and on national tours and some have even
played several times for the Presidential Inauguration Balls. We are proud of our accomplishments. Onstage
or off, we are what you need and are looking for.
Because Charlie is Sicilian, our band also plays Italian music that Charlie sings in Italian, so we are always a highly
sought after group for those Italian functions, weddings, festivals and such. Along with the Italian music, we do a little
cajun and latin (Oye Como Va, etc) type songs. We get so many song requests from folks wanting to stump the
band and it is not uncommon for the band to turn to each other for the arrangement and within seconds play the song
as long as someone in the band or the audience knows the words - and that is always fun for everyone! The harmonies
and musicianship in our band is limitless. If someone wants to sing a song with the band, we do always ask permission
from our clients before inviting them up.
We love to play to the crowd and will work with you to customize your event and make your wishes reality. During
our breaks, we have an IPOD, CD or laptop computer. With the laptop, we can create personalized
play lists just for you from rock to country to blues, big band, salsa, rap music and more to keep the dance floor
hopping. We have you dancing the night away with your favorite group dances, line dances, waltzes, polkas, 2-steps,
whips, tarantellas, twisting, rap dances and more - maybe even doing the alligator!
WE LOVE WHAT WE DO AND IT SHOWS - IN EVERY SHOW ! Our band is so spontaneous and always has so much fun with the
crowd drawing them to them like a moth to the light. From intimate dinner music to a non-stop array of hits covering
decades in whatever setting you choose, we have such a huge repertoire of great music that is sure to please everyone
and leave them wanting more.
